By tagging your social media posts and/or images (including captions) with #DriveWithMotions, #MotionsMasters, and/or #MMGarageLife (the “MM Hashtags”), or by mentioning or tagging our official social handles — @motionsmasters, @mmjeepmods, and/or @motionsoffroad (the “MM Handles”), or by uploading content to any Motions Masters website, mobile applications, or official social media pages (together, the “MM Platforms”), you agree to the following Motions Masters UGC Policy.

All posts and content tagged with the MM Hashtags and/or MM Handles or uploaded to the MM Platforms — including, without limitation, your name, social media username, images, text, video clips, audio, logos, vehicle photos, mods, and any related media or information — will be referred to as “UGC” in this policy.

By submitting or tagging content, you grant us:

A royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable (unless revoked in writing), transferable, worldwide license (including the right to sublicense) to use, edit, publish, repost, and/or remove your UGC for any purpose, including but not limited to:

• Promoting Motions Masters products

• Featuring UGC on our website, social media, or ads

• Reposting or showcasing community vehicle builds

✅ You Confirm That:

1. You are the owner of all rights to the UGC, including any content, images, and text.

2. You have obtained permission from all identifiable people featured in your UGC. If any are under 18, you either:

   • Are their parent or legal guardian, or

   • Have received express consent from a parent/guardian to submit their image.

3. Your UGC does not violate any laws, infringe upon third-party rights, or breach any platform’s content rules.

Waiver of Rights:

You waive all moral rights (and ensure any featured third party does the same) related to our use of your UGC, including attribution, edits, or republishing.

Personal Data Use:

Any personal information captured or shared as part of your UGC submission will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy and this UGC Policy.

⚖️ Legal Responsibility:

You agree to indemnify and hold Motions Masters harmless from any and all claims, legal fees, or damages resulting from:

• Copyright claims

• Unauthorized appearances

• Breach of this policy
